These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bloomewell website and any services engaged through Bloomewell. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Bloomewell provides product strategy, design, and software development services to businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed upon separately in a project proposal or contract between Bloomewell and the client.
Work is performed on a project basis under terms agreed in advance with each client. Pricing is custom to each engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms, including any deposits, milestones, or recurring billing, are specified in the applicable project agreement.
Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable. If a project is terminated before completion, Bloomewell will invoice for work completed up to the termination date, and any deposit beyond that amount will be refunded. Any billing dispute should be raised with us directly at the contact below within 14 days of the charge so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice, as specified in the applicable project agreement. Work completed and fees incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Bloomewell retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential materials developed during an engagement.
Bloomewell treats client information shared during an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform the services or as required by law.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomewell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
